We are currently seeking a BPO Supervisor to join our team.

 

 

Position: Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure operational excellence.

Salary for this Role is 55K

 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise the team to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and report results and issues to higher-level leadership. Issue Resolution: Assist the team with escalated client or account issues. Workforce Management: Manage hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce. Career Development: Oversee career development, planning, performance, and pay discussions for team members. Client and Internal Interaction: Interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues. Guidance and Compliance: Lead staff to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies, and procedures. Professional Representation: Demonstrate professional courtesy and represent the company positively in all communications. Administrative Oversight: Ensure appropriate record-keeping, required reports, and related administrative functions are accurate and maintained. Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

Communication: Strong communication skills. Client Service and Leadership: Demonstrated client service skills and leadership capabilities. Project Management: Knowledge and application of project management principles and methodologies. Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated budgeting, business financial, and P&L skills.

Required schedule availability for this position is between Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central Time) evenings and Saturdays could also be required based on business needs
