Responsible for the overseeing a team in achieving sales targets and overall metrics
Assist the Operations Customer Contact Manager in overall day to day operations through an effective monitoring and management of team performance
Ensure consistent quality and productivity across channels (call, email, chat, etc.) to add maximum value for advertisers. Ensure consistent performance according to the relevant service level metrics or revenue/funnel goals.
Ensure quarterly strategy as well as monthly and weekly priorities are understood and adhered to by agents through effective communications
Proactively share existing bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations to allow appropriate prioritization.
Develop and maintain an understanding of Customer Service Level Agreements and departments product s key performance requirements.
Able to clearly outline current performance drivers of their market and actions to improve.
Basic Salary Php 40,000 to P60,000 plus other benefits
