Job DescriptionDevelopment and improvement of forming technology for new RBCD products and new applicationsCarrying out of release procedures for forming processesClose cooperation with MFE and Engineering for the new product design optimizationMOE and IPN cooperation within improvement activitiesHigh engagement in the CoC activities (take away and offer)

 

 

QualificationsProcess parameters definition and trial out for forming process.Forming simulation (e.g. AutoForm…)Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for forming process.Technical specification definition, acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE. Release forming process according to product requirement.Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time, cost reduction and quality improvement of forming stations together with MOE.Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for forming process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.

Educational:

Master’s degree in engineering, production/material (metal)

Language:

Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writingGerman language skills helpful, but not mandatory
