BPS Corporate Account Mgr
A BPS (Bulk Product Services) Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients who utilize BPS services. They serve as the main point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. This role involves understanding the clients' business objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Competitive wages Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment Group 401K with company matching component Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement Positive and safe work environments Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career + Meet or exceed performance based budgets and monitor progress in sales and P&L goals: Drive sales budget; understand market and competitor activity and respond accordingly + Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer questions and emails within the same business day + Promote communication and coordination between operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to Corporate Account Manager (CAM) accounts; handle conflicts and troubleshoot accounts (when requested); support contract and relationship management and collection of invoiced revenue + Communicate and respond to internal customer emails and questions in a respectful and timely way. + Support sales efforts and promote revenue and deliver margin growth in existing customers through corporate account customers. + Develop marketing, channel and partner programs; take initiative to incentivize cross and upsell. + Complete monthly revenue and receivable activity for CAM accounts. + Mentor and support other CAMs along with local account managers Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/or a related field 5-7 years of experience in lieu of degree. Valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation required Excellent negotiation skills Keen ability to build strong relationships Detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively both verbally in writing Ability to give direction and coaching on how to develop and execute account plans Prioritize accounts based on sophisticated numerical analyses to drive decisions Communication, accountability for completing job responsibilities/objectives; lead sub- groups.
