Job Description

Strategy Implementation: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities for manufacturing excellence Assess and ensure implementation of BPS elements in alignment with Plant BPS vision

Employee Engagement and Improvement Initiatives: Provide support for improvement projects by facilitating BPS tools, communicate results in line with BPS standards and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve BPS maturity in the value stream

Competence Development: Develop BPS competency by imparting training, schedule networking events to benchmark on lean manufacturing practices

Assessments: Enable cross functional teams to address the operational issues and achieve BPS objectives

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production

Experience:

Min 3-5 years in manufacturingExperience of participating in lean improvement projectsExperience in lean methods related with production and logistics
