We are recruiting a BPX Finance PtP to join our growing team at KL HUB Shah Alam. You will join a supportive team with the opportunity to develop both profesionally and personally with support.

Support the Group's Vision "First in Mind and First in Choice" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization.  Promote & implement the core Atlas Copco values of Interaction, innovation & commitment. The mission of the position is to contribute to the successful roll-out of act! solution in APAC region by providing Finance BPX support in PtP area.

About the role : 

Actively collaborate with Global BPX community, act! template and act! roll-out teams, work closely with AC Business Areas teams involved in the business process development and improvementSupport an interface function in PtP area between the business and rollout teamIn cooperation with Global BPX community execute the following activities for act! roll-out support, according to the agreed plans for APAC region:Support AtR Finance data mapping and data migration processProvide training to finance Business Key Users (BKUs) and end users in HUB and in Customer CentersSupport in evaluation of the requests for process changes from the companies in roll-out to the act! template teamParticipate in the evaluation of the proposed solution for the requested changesExecute UAT (user acceptance test) of new developments required for local changesPrepare and update standard finance process documentationTrain the end users on the developed solution for local changesGuide the users to embrace the changes and new features enabled with SAPAssist the Finance Hubs and CC’s in creation and delivery of a Business change Plan for sustainable and improved execution of finance PtP processes as designed in the act! templateProvide an on-site support when needed in a pre-roll out and in hyper care phasesSupport a "willingness to change" atmosphere with the local Finance and co-working teams in the respective countries/organisations and make sure that Finance users are prepared for the go-live3+ years of experience in accounting and financeExperience in Implementation of process improvementsExperience in Customer Center Accounting to Reporting processesExperience of working in a multicultural environment is considered a plusOverall knowledge of Finance processes (end-to-end), extensive knowledge of PtP processGood knowledge of finance ERP processesBasic knowledge of service, projects, sales and rental finance flowsPC literate: Good knowledge of MS office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, knowledge of SharePoint.Fluent in English.Hands-on knowledge of SAP is a plus
