Now, we are looking for a Director of CPS MN Finance to join our team in Manaus, Brazil. This role is for a proactive and strategic leader who excels in financial management and operational excellence.

What you'll do for us:

Lead and manage plant financial operations: Ensure accurate reporting of monthly financial forecasts and results, manage and minimize financial risks, and adhere to CPS and Corporate requirements.

Manage annual planning process: Oversee BP P&L and balance sheet processes, ensure timely communication with plant management and stakeholders, and coordinate with financial operations managers.

Oversee financial accounting: Ensure compliance with CPS, Corporate, Manaus, and ASP regulatory requirements, collaborate with Corporate Treasury for cash management, manage balance sheets, and maintain robust controls.

Monitor tax planning activities: Work with tax planning teams to ensure adherence to US and local tax laws and address ongoing local tax audit issues.

Standard costing and revenue management: Manage annual standard cost processes, provide value-added analyses, ensure accurate pricing, and support CPS costing initiatives.

Manage internal controls: Protect the organization against financial exposure, ensure compliance with Company policies, safeguard assets, and coordinate internal and external audits.

Oversee inventory and capital expenditures: Submit and manage the annual capital expenditure program in collaboration with local Operations & Engineering teams.

Promote operational excellence: Implement process improvements, support finance-related OE initiatives, and address service delivery issues with Platform Services.

Qualification and Requirements:

Education: University/Bachelor's degree is required.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Knowledge of SAP and integrated manufacturing systems preferred.

Demonstrated experience in internal and external business partnering.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

Understanding business transactions and corresponding accounting implications.

Familiarity with financial reporting and operational practices.

Knowledge of Manaus Free Trade Zone Legislation.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
