Essential Duties

Responsible for managing payment processing and related duties including receiving, payment applications, and reconciliations. Responsible for researching payment discrepancies and back charges and working with the General Manager to ensure timely reconciliation.  Responsible for sales order deletions as delegated by the General Manager. Responsible for reviewing sales orders for SOP compliance. Light clerical work including answering / screening / telephone calls to the appropriate person, resolution of calls (orders, quotes, etc). Handle walk-in and phone customer sales traffic. Partner with sales team in handling invoices, sales quotes, sales quote logs and other general sales administrative duties. Respond to customer requests for information concerning orders as needed. Process all necessary paperwork for the daily operation of the sales center as required.
