Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and receptionist duties while working closely with our branch team. This role involves managing incoming calls, processing invoices, addressing warehouse issues, keying credits, and running reports.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and route them appropriately.Perform various administrative duties.Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.Collaborate with the branch team to process invoices and correct warehouse issues.Key credits and run necessary reports.Essential SkillsCustomer service experience.Administrative support experience.Front desk and routing experience.Experience in the electric, wholesaler, or similar industry.Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsDiploma in office management, data entry, office administration, or a related field.Experience with routers and switches.Work Environment
This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. You will be working in a collaborative team environment alongside seven other team members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.48 - $22.00
