Purpose: As a Branch Coordinator your responsibilities include project management, customer service, administrative support, event planning, directing general office workflow, managing business schedules and travel coordination, and generally solving problems. Your fast-paced regional sales team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the region and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure the team remains focused on what is important. Success in this role requires an energetic, organized, customer-service focused person who will enjoy playing a supporting role at the center of sales activity and processes

What you’ll be doing…
+ SUPPORT THE BRANCH through positive, respectful interactions with sales, service, and corporate associates to ensure client satisfaction and timely response. Assists in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, customer service and administrative support.
+ TAKE OWNERSHIP OF ASSIGNED PROJECTS by being self-motivated and working independently with limited supervision or direction.
+ RESOLVE PROBLEMS by clarifying customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution to solve the problem; expediting adjustment; & following up to ensure resolution.
+ SUPPORT BURKHART’S FINANCIAL HEALTH by administrating the Supply Savings Guarantee program; monitoring and recording branch inventory by entering all changes in the sales aid tracking system; receiving, tagging and staging parts and equipment; assisting with processing of credits, RMA’s and coordinating manufacturer warranty and factory repairs.

What you’ll need…
+ Associate degree, vocational certification, or other educational program related to office management, logistics, business administration, or closely related field.
+ 2 years administrative experience.
+ The associate must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel by car to meetings and events.
Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience:
+ Experience with service coordination, scheduling, dispatching, inventory management, and/or customer service.
Salary Info:
+ Salary Range is $25 - $26/hour.
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
