Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is currently accepting applications for Branch Director. The Branch Director is responsible for leadership and staff management; branch operations; branch programming; administrative compliance; facility and child safety.
ResponsibilitiesDuties include but not limited to: competently leading and defining clear vision for the team; executing organization strategy and consistently achieving goals; coaching and mentoring team to improve performance; managing branch operations in all areas of facility including accountability for membership and program fees; and overseeing branch programming and verifying program quality in all services provided.
The Branch Director is also responsible for all required reporting and administrative duties; compliance with administrative policies and procedures; and safety response and compliance at assigned facility.
This position requires food distribution duties to members and community. There is potential for exposure to germs and illnesses. Employees are to follow all safety procedures and protocols and the noise level in the work environment is usually loud or moderately loud as we serve large groups of youth.
QualificationsEducation and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years related experienceExperience with management, fiscal responsibility, and youth programmingQualifications include:

Candidate must have a satisfactory driving record, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance, and be a minimum age of 21 for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under company insurance.
