Overview

 

We are looking for a Branch Director PC to join our team. This position will directly report to the Regional Director of Operations PC and is responsible for overall responsibility for running the branch efficiently and effectively.

Keeps the branch in compliance with program standards.

Supervises and periodically reviews schedules to ensure they include sufficient visits to meet the weekly and monthly visit quotas. Responsible for coordination with the case worker/service coordinator to plan for the client’s care.Supervision of office operations.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

 

Salary Range - $65,000/yr to $75,000/yr

About You

Requirements for Missouri In-Home Branch Director:

 

An administrative supervisor shall be designated by the provider to supervise the day-to-day delivery of in-home service and shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and meet at least one (1) of the following requirements:

 

1. Be a registered nurse who is currently licensed in Missouri; or 2. Possess a baccalaureate degree; or 3. Be a licensed practical nurse who is currently licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year of experience with direct care to the elderly or individuals with disabilities or medically complex conditions; or 4. Have at least two (2) years of experience with direct care to the elderly or individuals with disabilities or medically complex conditions;

 

Please note these are OR requirements. You only have to meet ONE.
