Job Summary: The Branch Head is primarily responsible for the overall management of the branch and for the efficiency, profitability and sustainability of its operation. It oversees the proper alignment of the branch with the thrusts and direction of the company and Autohub Group and its timely compliance with plant/manufacturer and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provides overall policy and strategic directions to branch operations Ensures that all business units in the branch meet their operational and financial targets Undertakes environment scanning on company’s competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to serve as inputs in direction-setting and decision making Formulates creative strategies and innovative solutions to promote customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services and establish the Autohub brand in the automotive industry Undertakes in-depth analysis of branch performance to identify causes of performance gaps and/or issues and concerns affecting operations and formulates/recommends and implements the appropriate courses of action or strategies to address them Institutes appropriate mechanisms to enable the company to meet the requirements and standards of plant/manufacturer for car distributorship/ dealership
