Branch & Insurance Specialist

In this role you will:

Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals.

Have the opportunity to obtain your personal lines insurance license.

Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.

Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members

Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists

Our branch hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environmentAdvanced customer service skillsAbility to work overtime including SaturdaysProficiency with Microsoft Office basicsProven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goalsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAdaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:               

                High School diploma or GED

                Successful completion of background check and drug screening

                Ability to navigate Windows, Outlook, Word, and the Internet

                Strong verbal and written communication skills

                Experience in customer service environment helpful

                Ability to exceed assigned service quality goals
