Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Branch Manager to help drive their business to the next level. They are a fast-growing, privately-owned logistics and distribution company, offering an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to take on a pivotal role overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, and managing key business functions across multiple teams.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, holding the sales team accountable, supporting financial operations and doing light accounting functions like journal entries. You will be the bridge between sales, operations, and finance, working closely with the broader leadership team.

Branch Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including logistics, inventory management, client services, and returns. Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high performance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met, providing operational support where needed. Support basic accounting functions, including journal entries, invoicing, and cash flow management in collaboration with the CFO. Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. Oversee customs brokerage processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Contribute to strategic decisions, including growth initiatives, acquisitions, and business development opportunities. The successful candidate has:  3+ years of operations leadership experience in logistics supply chain or distribution Strong background in logistics, and inventory control. Previous experience with accounting functions. Experience with customs brokerage and cross-border distribution is a strong plus. Proven ability to lead teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive operational improvements. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with minimal structure. Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to leadership. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with ownership, sales teams, and external partners.
