Branch Manager

Summit Search Group is proud to partner with a leading North American distributor offering customized solutions to the textile industry. Our client, headquartered in Alberta, with warehouses and manufacturing facilities across Canada and the United States, is currently seeking a Branch Manager in Drumheller.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead, develop and manage branch while promoting highest level customer service and drive results and profitability Lead, direct and motivate all branch employees while aligning the team to achieve the shared vision and goals Working with the branch sales team to develop market strategies to identify new sales opportunities Win new business through sales activities and attending industry trade shows Utilize a solution-oriented mindset to resolve customer inquiries and complaints Schedule staff to complete inventory rotary counts Manage inventory levels to serve customer sales and manufacturing requirements Ensure warehouse equipment, production equipment, buildings and grounds are maintained and in proper working order

Desired Qualifications:

Progressive sales experience in industrial, agriculture or construction industries Post secondary education in business, commerce, or related field is preferred Strong organization and decision-making ability Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, influence and motivate Valid drivers license with ability to travel in Alberta and British Columbia

Remuneration:

Our client is seeking a driven business development focused leader to run this branch with autonomy, offering a salary of $90,000, profit sharing bonus, RRSP, alongside a tenured team that values a healthy work life balance.
