What you will do
The role of Branch Manager in Wingfield is integral to the success of Scania Australia.
This is a hands on role and you will lead, support, mentor and manage the Workshop, Parts and Customer Service areas, ensuring at all times that Safety and Quality are at the forefront. Working with team the team to deliver consistent service excellence.
Other key responsibilities include;
Developing new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships. Establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures.

To be successful in this role within our organization, you will have the following:
Previous workshop/branch management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry Experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example Commitment to health, safety and quality Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
