Join Our Team as a Branch Manager at Sterling Crane!Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role at our Sarnia location? We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee safety, sales, operations, profitability and administration. Reporting directly to the Regional Director - East, you will play a crucial role in driving our branch’s success. We value candidates with a background in heavy equipment crane and rigging operations, with experience in commercial sales. The ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, potential customers and key stakeholders will be crucial for the successful applicant.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Promote safety best practices in all aspects of branch operations.
Manage all branch operations including P&L, sales, administration & contracts.
Manage project sites and ensure that lifts are completed safely and efficiently.
Manage branch fleet (light and heavy-duty equipment), including preventative maintenance.
Improve existing customer relationships and develop new strategic relationships.
Improve market share in operational areas.
Champion continuous improvement and lean initiatives in branch operations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of heavy equipment operational leadership at the branch level with proven, progressive leadership experience. Experience in crane and rigging operations is considered an asset.
Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment.
