Job Description This role is responsible for overseeing the branch’s daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch’s revenue and profitability. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients and partners. Oversee and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air, Ocean, and Land). Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/training as needed. Requirements: 
Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (Air, Ocean, Land). Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
