Make a difference. **Job Title:** Branch Manager **Overview:** + Manages and coordinates all activities of a branch office. + Oversees activities of operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch. + Reviews accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices. **Typical Functions:** + Interviews, selects, and hires new employees. + Evaluates employee performance and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. + Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of department or branch. + Controls supply of money on hand to meet branch's daily needs and legal requirements. + Conducts staff meetings of operations personnel, or confers with subordinate personnel to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices. **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED + Electrical distribution experience strongly preferred + 5+ years management experience **Work Shift and Hours:** Monday - Friday in office, standard business hours 7a-4p **Compensation Details:** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $60,000 annually depending on experience.
