What are your challenges in our team:

Operational management of our branchEnsuring the achievement of profit targets with regular monitoring of the cost situationControl of operational processes and ongoing optimization of theseClose exchange and collaboration with the District Manager FRA/BER and the Product ManagersLeading and promoting colleagues with a strong employee focus

Qualifications

What do you offer?

Motivation to make a difference, to develop yourself and to achieve great things together with us!Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or, optionally, a degree with a focus on business administration or logisticsMUST HAVE: Several years of professional experience as a manager or in a comparable role in logisticsHigh analytical skills paired with excellent problem-solving managementHigh social skills with a strong organizational culture and sense of responsibility as well as a high level of customer orientationMUST HAVE: Very good written and spoken German and English skills
