**What We Expect of You**
+ Proven ability to build and retain an effective team and develop, coach, and manage a staff.
+ Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment.
+ Extensive working knowledge of Branch operations, sales, investment referrals, banking regulations, business development, and thorough understanding of the consumer and small business lending process.
+ Expertise interfacing with multiple departments and personnel at various levels.
+ Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Demonstrated capability in banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
**Your Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience; additional coursework in banking is preferred.
+ Valid NMLS Registration required.
**Level III**
+ 8 years of branch banking experience with a minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
+ Responsibility for branch typically more than $100 million in size or proven results in growing branch deposits and typically assigned to high growth potential locations.
+ Board membership in a community organization
**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements**
+ Office environment.
+ Ability to travel throughout the company footprint.
+ Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information to individuals and groups.
+ Ability to navigate throughout the branch to facilitate customer requests and meet operational standards.
+ Ability to operate a computer, phone and operationally essential equipment as required.
