What You’ll Do:
As our Pittsburgh Branch Manager, you will:
Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities, develop plans for future client opportunities and establish and drive branch priorities and financial plan goalsDevelop, enhance, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm, in partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teamsHire, nurture, lead, and inspire staff including developing future leaders of the firmProvide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related fieldPennsylvania professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA)Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class serviceAbility to perform Business Development as a Seller/Doer, while working with internal Business Development leaders across the firm.A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teamsBusiness acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goalsEnergy and passion for project management to support quality design and development across a wide range of market sectors
