As a Branch Manager overseeing Porta Kleen’s CCTV services and new business ventures, you’ll drive operational excellence, develop emerging service lines, and lead a skilled team of technicians. This leadership role blends team development, client relationship management, and strategic growth, helping to shape the future of Porta Kleen's offerings.

 

What you’ll do as a Branch Manager at Porta Kleen

Lead day-to-day operations of the CCTV service division and new business unit, ensuring service delivery excellence. Supervise and support a team of technicians and staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Monitor KPIs and service metrics to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for market expansion and operational efficiency. Oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and responsive service. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory for the branch and its service lines. Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to business development efforts. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation aligned with Porta Kleen’s values.

 

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in operations, field service management, or related industries; experience in CCTV or technical services preferred. Proven leadership experience managing field teams and service operations. Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and performance data. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and field service management tools. Ability to travel regionally as needed and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
