Branch Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking to expand our team with a talented and experienced marketing leader who will continue to help us define and optimize our affluent branch merchandising and hospitality program for our new JPMorgan Financial Centers and our Chase branches. This includes leading our Chase Style apparel program for 54k field associates.
As a Branch Marketing Strategy Director within Consumer Bank, you will lead the affluent branch experience and the Chase Style apparel program which is essential to our branch transformational strategy. You will be responsible for strategy development and program oversight to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will present to our C-Suite executives, which will require exceptional communication and presentation skills.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Evolve and optimize our merchandising strategy for JPMorgan Financial Centers and Chase affluent branches
+ Lead collaboratively with campaign management, branch leadership, brand team, and line of business partners to continually refine our strategy and deliver quarterly merchandising strategy briefs
+ Build measurement programs jointly with the Campaign Management team to track performance and optimize merchandising; partner with analytics and research teams to plan for and report on results/optimizations
+ Develop and evangelize our affluent customer experience in both JPMorgan Financial Centers and our Chase branches, leveraging industry best practices in merchandising and hospitality
+ Collaborate and promote partnership by cultivating trust with senior leaders across a cross-functional team with a focus on excellence in strategy and execution
+ Stay abreast of trends, best practices and factor into planning
+ Prepare for and present strategy and program performance to senior leadership
+ Deliver a contemporary apparel program for 54k field partners through our Chase Style program through elevated design, exceptional customer experience and program management excellence:
+ Leverage business knowledge and expertise to continue to evolve apparel program strategy and deliver on business objectives and budget
+ Oversee all critical milestone activities, e.g., collection planning & assortment, catalog development, marketing, and employee feedback
+ Evolve the quality of the program and overall employee satisfaction, using data and customer insights to drive optimizations
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 4-year degree in Marketing, Fashion, Hospitality, or Business Management
+ 10+ years of marketing experience
+ Luxury brand, hospitality, retailing and/or apparel experience preferred
+ Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
+ Experienced leader with strong track record of inspiring high performing teams, helping to guide and prioritize effectively
+ Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
+ Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
+ Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
+ Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
+ Excellent written and verbal presentation skills - especially for C-suite audiences
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Hospitality, or Business Management
+ Highly curious and never settles for good enough - experienced in developing and executing test and learn plans
+ Experienced in delivering end-to-end customer experience to ensure excellence throughout
+ Faces facts, acts on issues quickly, removing roadblocks, eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy and learning from mistakes

+ Demonstrates effective management of details and financials
+ Understands and applies proactive risk mitigation, manages through issues and escalates appropriately
