Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal vehicles,
snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron
Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golfcourses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.


Responsibilities:
• Maintain and correct the ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
• Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
• Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory at the branch location.
• Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
• Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
• Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
• Assist with special projects and requests.
• Work in the inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
• Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
• Responsible for other general office duties as needed.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required,
• Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Ariba
