Branch Operations Manager - Halifax

WHAT’S THE JOB?

We are presently looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Operations Manager at our Halifax operations.   

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Status: Full Time, permanent

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role

You will be responsible for the development implementation and management of the company's overall sales strategy, a critical component to the continued growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities

Exemplary customer service is provided to all internal and external customers Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by training branch employees Communicate operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients Oversee and manage all aspects of product movement including receiving, storage, product rotation, distribution, and inventory control Work directly the supporting Sales Team to ensure cohesiveness in regard to order status, target accounts, customer experience concerns, opportunities and inventory flow Collaborate with other branches and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, questions and concerns Ensure the company’s inventory control methods and credit policies are in place and followed, likewise ensure the company’s expense policies and practices are adhered to Collaborates with Human Resources to recruit, interview and onboard new hires Manage, coach, train and evaluate performance of all branch employees Other duties as required.
