Description We are seeking a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. As a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and ensuring all customer records are kept up to date. This role provides an excellent contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications using relevant banking software • Ensure all customer credit records are accurate and up to date • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor the status of customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Lawon ERP to manage customer data • Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service • Process checks in a timely and efficient manner • Understand and apply collection processes when required • Handle consumer loans with accuracy and professionalism • Evaluate and manage credit applications and records using LaserPro software.
