Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk in the banking industry, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing outstanding member service, managing accounts, supporting operations, and maintaining compliance and security standards. Responsibilities • Assist members with their personal financial needs, conduct transactions, and promote the bank's products and services. • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of member information to maintain high standards of account management. • Address any product or service issues members might encounter, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Process bank forms, CDs, and daily mobile deposits as part of operations support. • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements, while also reporting any suspicious or large currency transactions to maintain compliance and security. • Professionally communicate with members about discrepancies or services, answer calls, and promptly return inquiries to enhance customer interactions. • Balance cash drawers, scan checks, organize receipts, and restock supplies as part of end-of-day duties. • Provide support to other branches as necessary and contribute to maintaining a clean workspace. • Assist in achieving the bank's goals by collaborating with the team and supporting organizational decisions.
