We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aBranch Sales Manager.

As an Branch Sales Manager, you have a central role to play in excel your leadership and change management skills and deliver the branch performance measures in line with the defined business plan. You will lead and manage a team of Premier Relationship Managers and HSBC Premier Elite Directors and work collectively to maximize performance in achieving WPB business objectives. To ensure your success, HSBC provides an environment surrounded with dedicated and supportive senior management team to formulate strategies and plans to grow the wealth management business. Principal Responsibilities

Contribute to the Bank's objectives according to the formulation and implementation of the branches business planEncourage the team to deepen customer relationships by fulfilling the needs and to contribute service initiatives for existing and new to bank customersMonitor and take multiple level control of different product performance for Relationship Management streamCollaborate with specialists to drive branch activitiesWork closely with other branch management teams and specialistsEnsure staff have conducted regular reviews with customers and provide appropriate wealth management products according to customer needsTake responsibility for the development of staff in the team to ensure the Bank's strategy in wealth management can be successfully implementedDevelop the relationship manager team culture and build a strong sense of team spirit
