Duties of this job:

Increasing customer satisfaction: focusing on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by providing quality services and paying attention to their needs.
Management and active leadership of the branch team: accurate and intelligent follow-up of the performance of different teams in branches and supervision of their daily activities.
Continuous performance planning and monitoring: Management of all supervised departments including branch assistants and vehicle health experts to ensure proper execution of processes.
Maintaining the cycle of customer orientation: active and positive communication with customers and providing services that meet their needs and improve customer experience.
Implementation of customer satisfaction measurement programs: following up on customer complaints, implementing loyalty programs and measuring their satisfaction.
Reporting and presenting application plans: providing statistics and reports to analyze the performance and improve the car sales process.
Communication with the internal units of the company: continuous cooperation with sales, support, finance and car delivery departments for better coordination of processes.
Monitoring the implementation of standards and regulations: ensuring the correct implementation of the company's internal standards and regulations in all departments.
Training employees and strengthening organizational culture: efforts to continuously train employees and maintain the internal culture of the organization with the aim of strengthening the performance of executive teams.
