WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

 

Warehouse-in-Charge is tasked to oversee the day-to-day operation of a branch warehouse. He/she ensures the completeness and accuracy of inventory at any given time and maintains product quality by applying company standards processes, controls and policies. WIC roles are also accountable for ensuring product Quality of all finished goods- ensuring quality issues/concern is filed and reported to Management 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Operations Lead Oversee the overall Branch warehouse operation and ensures operation standards and controls of the company are implemented, and compliance to good Warehousing practices is followed.  Inventory Record Accuracy Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transactionin both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and participates in Van inventory route settlement.  Product Quality Sustainability Ensure the First to Expire- First to Out policy. Report slow-moving SKU that requires rotation or sales program support, to avoid expiration and lastly compliance to Quality Management Program such as Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH, and quarterly General Pest Control Activities Asset Management Ensure compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong asset useability. Report condition of damaged and/or  asset for  disposal People Management Lead, motivate and guide personal development reporting directly to the position Other Manage various projects and tasks as they arise and upon the line manager's request 
 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of an FMCG industry. Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate.   SAP knowledge would be advantageous. Functional Skills Basic understanding of Inventory Management Knowledge of SAP (STO and Migo processing) People Management Skills  Verbal & Written communication skills  Analytical and logical skills
