Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new brands to Lazada’s platform, ensuring they achieve success and grow their presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identification and Engagement:
- Research and identify high-potential brands across various categories that align with Lazada’s goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective brands for onboarding.
2. Onboarding and Account Setup:
- Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Lazada’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account setup, content creation, and catalog management.
3. Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with new brand partners to ensure a positive experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with Category Stakeholders to align acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand acquisition.
5. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor the performance of newly onboarded brands, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition metrics and outcomes.
