We're seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a journey of learning and growth with unlimited opportunities. This part-time role is both challenging and exciting, taking you to various retail locations and events in your area. You'll have the chance to engage with hundreds of homeowners, generating leads and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales reps. Primary Responsibilities: -Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals -Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs -Answer questions about our products -Gather information for appointment setting purposes Qualifications: -Reliable Transportation (Required) -A smartphone to use for communication -Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours -Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions -Outgoing Personality with ability to drive a conversations -Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required -Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle -Must be 18 years or older - Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application. How to prepare: 1.) You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process. 2.) Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games. 3.) Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready. - You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled. - You’ll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record. - Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview. - Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered.
