Signature Retail Services is seeking a Full- Time hybrid Dedicated Brand Ambassador/Area Supervisor to join our team! We are offering a highly competitive pay rate of $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Signature Retail Services is the industry's premier retail sales, merchandising, and fixture installation company operating throughout the US. In this position, you will have the opportunity to represent a nationally known brand of home improvement products in major National Home Improvement chains. You will be merchandising products and conducting in-store product demonstrations to grow sales and drive brand awareness approximately 30 hours a week.
For the remaining 10 hours a week, you will be fulfilling the duties of an Area Supervisor (ASV) while working with other area team members to complete merchandising tasks and Special Projects in Home Improvement stores within the area. The ASV position is a working supervisor position that assists the Territory Manager with duties to help the local team execute to the highest possible level.
Dedicated Brand Ambassador- Activities Include (30 hours/week):
Maintaining and merchandising authorized SKU's to approved layout and plan-o-gram. Attending and conducting in-store brand events and demonstrations to share product knowledge with customers and store employees. Completing sales service reports and uploading photos while in store. Down stock inventory, suggest and place orders, communicating with store management.Area Supervisor- Activities Include (10 hours/ week):
Assist in supporting new hire employees, providing guidance and on-the-job training. Merchandise and maintain product planograms Accurately place price labels. Place and install point of purchase signage. Share product information with customers and store associates.Note: This job description does not imply the functions listed are the only tasks that may be performed. Position Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older. Able to work a day shift, Monday through Friday schedule. Proof of a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance is required. Access to a smartphone or tablet with email, picture, and internet access to complete reports while in store. Some overnight travel may be required. This position involves bending, stooping, standing, walking, lifting and carrying materials/products, and safely utilize rolling staircases and/or climb ladders. Strong desire to inspire and enhance memorable in-store brand events and demonstrations. Communicates effectively with management and customers. Experience representing products sold in national home improvement retailers like ACE Hardware, Home Depot, or Lowe's is a plus!What We Offer:
