Brand Ambassador (Event & Show Demonstrator)

We are seeking Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for our Grand Rapids, Michigan markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team. Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments.

Essential Duties

Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and eventsPromote product and provide basic product overviews to attendeesBook appointments

Specific Responsibilities of the Job

Maintain a professional appearance throughout eventEnsure cleanliness and organization of boothEngage with passers-by to draw them into the boothExplain basic product features and benefitsSecure entry forms or book in home sales appointmentsCollect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator

Strong communications skillsPositive, outgoing personalityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)Ability to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift 30 poundsAvailable to work weekends
