We're on the lookout for vibrant, energetic Brand Ambassadors (BAs) in Toronto to represent Batiste & Hero for one of the most epic events of the year—the Taylor Swift concert around the corner from the Delta Hotel in downtown Toronto! If you're outgoing, love interacting with people, and want to be part of a dynamic team that brings joy and excitement to all Swifties, this role is for you! Imagine this: you'll be at the heart of the action, engaging with fans in the hotel lobby, offering product demos, and sharing temporary Taylor Swift tattoos to get fans ready for the night of their lives! Location: Delta Hotel, 75 Lower Simcoe St, Toronto, ON Dates & Times: November 14-16 and November 21-23 (6 days), from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Orientation: Virtual session on Monday, November 11, from 1:30-3:00 PM Rate: Starting at $20/hr Team Size: 3 Brand Ambassadors and 1 TL! Key Responsibilities + Product Sampling & Brand Representation: Be the face of Batiste & Hero by distributing samples, sharing the benefits, and leaving fans with a memorable impression as they head to the concert. + Engagement & Interaction: Strike up fun, meaningful conversations with fans, creating connections and answering questions about the products. + Event Execution: Partner with the marketing team to bring the excitement, including fun giveaways and unique engagement tactics that get everyone hyped. + Social Media & Feedback Collection: Capture the vibe! Encourage concertgoers to share their experiences on social media and gather their feedback to share with our team. + Smooth Logistics Management: Keep samples, tattoos, and displays organized to make sure the event is a hit from start to finish.
