As the driving force behind our in-store strategy across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), you'll have the opportunity to shape the consumer experience and elevate our brand presence. Your responsibilities will include In-Store Strategy: Take ownership of the in-store strategy, overseeing its development and execution across EMEA markets. This involves a nuanced understanding of local priorities, effective management of agency relationships and projects, and a relentless commitment to driving brand excellence in-store.Content Production: Assume responsibility for content and lifestyle shooting production, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and supporting both product innovations and existing product ranges to reinforce brand visibility and consumer engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the category team responsible for breakfast appliances (kettles & toasters), food processors, and blenders, serving as the brand expert to inform strategic decision-making and drive category growth initiatives.Sustainability Initiatives: Play an integral role in our sustainability projects, aligning brand objectives with environmental stewardship to drive meaningful impact and enhance brand reputation.Minimum requirements 2 years experience in marketing/ brand marketing role preferred Degree/qualified in marketing (desired)An absolute passion for brand developmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in EnglishHighly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and qualityExcellent team player and interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with international teams The ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environmentPreferred skills and experiences Major Domestic Appliances knowledgeExperience in an International CompanyWhat we offer
