We are seeking a **Brand Analyst** to join the Brand Management team supporting our Optic White brand! Every day is different in this role, but the Brand Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth for the Optic White brand. The ideal candidate is a rapid and eager learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a continuous curiosity, and can balance creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking. They are a strong communicator who seeks new and innovative opportunities and solutions, handles ambiguity well, and is a true collaborator who loves working in dynamic teams. Ideally, this person will be passionate about Consumer Goods!
**What You Will Do:**
+ Work on a brand team where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth for some of the world’s most iconic brands
+ Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting recommendations to the brand team, key cross-functional partners and senior management
+ Collaborate with cross-functionals to drive and implement key business initiatives
+ Learn how to effectively partner with Customer Development to create winning business plans
+ Work with one of our partner creative agencies to develop marketing materials such as shopper marketing creative, digital marketing and other promotional material
+ Assist in creating commercial material for annual customer meeting cycles
+ Manage promotional budgets
+ Receive robust training and frequent mentoring and coaching
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
+ 1+ year of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
+ Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities
+ Proven creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills
+ Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
+ High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Marketing or sales experience
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $66,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
