The Brand and Campaign Lead is responsible for planning and executing Bunnings marketing communications that are outlined on the annual marketing calendar for New Zealand, while working in collaboration with the Australian marketing team to translate AU led campaigns seamlessly into the NZ market. This includes creating insights-led agency briefs and driving campaign integration across multiple internal teams. This role will also support the broader team across a variety of executional marketing tasks.
A confident and experienced marketer, the Brand and Campaign Lead will advocate for the local market and provide guidance and expert advice on local conditions and considerations.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, thrives working at pace and the ability to write comprehensive advertising briefs, lead agency briefing sessions and lead cross functional teams to deliver a planned program of marketing activity against tight timeframes.
Reporting to the Brand & Campaigns Manager (Trade), this role will also support the broader team across a variety of executional marketing tasks.

What's involved
Use consumer insights to guide marketing campaign briefs with clear measurable objectives that resonate with a varied audience. In conjunction with strategy and category marketing teams, help develop an annual calendar of marketing communications and campaigns relevant for the New Zealand market to drive audience growth & retention. Set and manage campaign timelines. Work with media and digital marketing teams to create effective channel strategies to maximize customer reach and drive efficiencies. Collaborate with the content team in developing and delivering relevant content strategies to drive engagement and build brand connection with Bunnings audience.Assist the NZ sponsorships, PR and local area marketing teams with on the ground events, brand launches and collaborations as well as store openings as requiredWork collaboratively across different marketing functions, leading agile sessions to generate campaign ideas and help keep campaigns moving forward. Budget management including raising PO's for campaigns and ensuring expenditure is in line with campaign forecastYou’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
