Job Description Responsible for driving the strategic execution of marketing campaigns and ensuring that cross-functional teams are fully enabled to support and amplify campaign efforts. This role combines campaign planning, resource coordination, and performance tracking to deliver successful, data-driven marketing initiatives that align with the brand’s objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Provides guidance for content and creative development, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, product, and channel requirements.

-Leads the creation and execution of Always-On content for Platinum Brand products and campaigns, ensuring relevance across all channels, including in-store displays, digital platforms, and other available channels.

-Analyzes market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing merchandise. Collaborate with stakeholders during channel meetings to gather insights for continuous improvement of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and drive the brand’s agenda.

-Manages requests for co-branded marketing materials with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and brand representation.

-Crafts a narrative that ensures consistency in language and branding across products and channels.

-Drives efficiency and profitability for the Platinum brand through effective management of advertising and promotion spend, and conduct post-mortem analyses for executed campaigns

1. Gross Service Revenue, On Top Revenue

2. Live Subscriber Base, Ave Revenue per Unit

3. Brand Attributes ownership

4. Campaign efficiency

5. Competency/Proficiency Uplift, Collab Index

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

1. Campaigns Execution (ex. Always-on content online and on-ground) & Channel Enablement Tools

2. Efficient product and program launches w/ corresponding performance tracking/monitoring

3. Fund Management (Total SPAR)

4. Volume and Revenue uplift resulting from campaigns

5. Stakeholder Management
