We define and optimize IBM’s brand, capture the market’s attention, and articulate our point of view for clients, partners, the media and even other IBMers. **Your role and responsibilities**
About Your Role
IBM’s purpose is to be the catalyst that makes the world work better. As a Brand & Content Strategist aligned to the Data for AI program, you will play a vital role in bringing that purpose to life by clearly communicating the value of an IBM partnership to the key data and governance leader audiences.

IBM is looking for a Brand & Content Strategist: a collaborator ready to set the strategy and lead the execution of some of our most powerful, innovative, and effective creative work. In this role, you will get to build, deliver, and optimize audience-centric journeys and distinct creative experiences aimed at winning hearts and minds for our program’s key data and risk leader audiences. . This is an exciting opportunity to join and make a sizable impact across an energetic, passionate cross-functional team.
In this role, you will:
* Apply curiosity and understanding of the market, target audiences, and IBM’s offerings to develop compelling messaging and content strategies that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences to drive the right outcomes.
* Use creativity and courage to take calculated risks, proposing and executing bold, differentiated content experiences that convey the value of our key data offering
* Collaborate and communicate with multiple groups of critical stakeholders across a matrixed organization in an agile manner to make quick evidence-based decisions and drive consensus
* Partner closely with internal and external creative partners, applying resourcefulness and efficiency to develop the best product content experiences.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset by continually testing, measuring, and optimizing strategies to ensure the best outcomes and experiences for our audiences
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Experience in a marketing, brand and/or content strategy role with progressive levels of leadership responsibility.
* Understanding of optimal multi-channel approach along the entire customer journey, including but not limited to social, digital, media and content.
* Development of brand & content projects involving a variety of stakeholders and disciplines.
* Experience building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, both internally and externally (executives, clients, agencies, business partners)
* Strategic planning and presentation; excellent written and verbal communications.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, test potential solutions and synthesize insights into recommendations for messaging, brand and content strategy.
* Experience working in a global team, ideally with visibility across multiple geographies.
* Experience developing product messaging or product-focused content
* Growth mindset with an appetite to experiment and fail fast in the spirit of ongoing learning and improvement.
