The Brand Assistant is responsible for the continued growth of the brand by searching for new opportunities in the market. This role is responsible of supporting Category Marketing Manager in the execution of brand strategies, manage projects, and ensure brand consistency across channels. This role involves coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to the brand’s growth and success.
This role will design and execute marketing plans to fulfill business objectives in terms of sales, market share and profitability. It will work together with Regional Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales for the detection of opportunities and flawless execution in point of sale. We're looking for support in the development and execution of the brand´s 360 ° campaigns for Consumer Goods Products, working together with external agencies, planning and monitoring execution closely. It will also work closely with BI to develop analysis and identify opportunities based on market, trends, and brands performance (Nielsen, internal information, Euromonitor, etc). We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial engineering +1 year in a similar marketing role in mass consumer goods products. Fluent English (spoken and written) Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively. Strong Analytical Abilities & Problem Solving: Comfortable with data analysis, tracking performance & identify opportunities. Budget management (control and execution) Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills across internal areas & partners/agencies (Media, PR, BTL, Creative) Strategic Thinking and good organization skills Storytelling capabilities to develop selling stories, pitches, briefs, etc. Microsoft Office and Nielsen tools is a must.Now Take the Next Step...
