BRAND ASSOCIATE
Position purpose:
You will be responsible for driving the execution and implementation of the assigned combustible brand initiatives within Iberia (Spain, Canarias and Portugal) driving and supporting consumer centricity and consumer knowledge across Iberia as well as take part on the development of key marketing strategies supporting Brand Manager and Brand Lead.
You will closely collaborate with Brand Manager, C&TA, Sales, and other stakeholders, including brand agencies and HQ, to ensure that projects are executed on time, effectively and consistently within the budget assigned.
What will you do – responsibilities:
Market & Brand Analysis: Support the Brand team in analyzing the market, brands, and consumers to identify opportunities and challenges. Monitor brand performance, assess market dynamics, and track the impact of brand campaigns to ensure KPIs are achieved while proposing recommendations for improvement. Implementation of Brand Initiatives: Lead the execution of assigned Iberia Brand/market initiatives to achieve annual strategic goals. Manage commercial activities, ensuring they meet or exceed business objectives while strengthening brand image. Coordinate with key stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution, on-time delivery, and high-quality outcomes. Stakeholder & Project Management: Ensure smooth and timely communication among key stakeholders. Regularly monitor project status, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency. Act as a key point of contact for Brand Managers, ensuring alignment and effective execution of brand strategies. Budget & Resource Optimization: Oversee the efficient management of assigned budgets, identifying opportunities for optimization to maximize ROI and brand impact. Ensure all activities align with business priorities and strategic objectives. Workload & Time Management: Take responsibility for personal workload by effectively prioritizing tasks, tracking time consumption per project phase, and ensuring alignment with Brand Manager objectives. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by focusing on high-value activities. Strategic Marketing Contribution: Support the Brand Manager and Brand Lead in developing key marketing strategies, including pre-ASP, OP, and Commercial Reviews. Actively participate in ad hoc projects, providing insights and recommendations to drive brand growth.
