Brand Associate - Obesity, Patient & Consumer Marketing

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Brand Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop brand and marketing strategies, manage communication and positioning campaigns, and design innovative campaigns to mobilize patients. Additionally, they will develop specific strategies for pharmacies and lead marketing campaigns at the point of sale to develop a comprehensive brand plan that positions us as leaders in our therapeutic area. The goal is to raise patient awareness about their condition and motivate them to seek medical attention. You will be responsible for implementing an omnichannel strategy, including the pharmacy channel, ensuring effective communication and innovative campaigns that promote health care.

Main Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development and Execution:

Contributes to develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with corporate and product objectives.Implement effective marketing plans that drive brand visibility and recognition.

Communication and Brand Positioning Campaign Management:

Contributes to develop and execute comprehensive communication campaigns, both B2B and B2C.Use digital and traditional channels to increase the reach and effectiveness of campaigns.Oversee content creation and coordinate with creative agencies.Ensure brand message consistency across all communication channels.Contributes to develop brand positioning strategies to differentiate our products in the market.

Disease State Education and Patient Mobilization Campaigns:

Plan and execute innovative campaigns aimed at raising disease awareness and mobilizing patients.Collaborate with medical and sales teams to ensure a positive impact on patient health and treatment adherence.

HCP & Pharmacy Management:

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HCPs, pharmacies and points of sale.Create and implement point-of-sale marketing programs to drive sales.

Distribution and Logistics:

Ensure efficient and effective product distribution in the market.Collaborates with the logistics department to optimize the supply chain.Monitor distribution channel performance and propose continuous improvements.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Use market insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.

Budget Management:

Contributes to manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.Measure and report the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.

Teamwork and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Coordinate with advertising agencies and external suppliers for the creation of marketing materials.

Essential Requirements:

University degree or MBA.Previous experience of 2-3 years as a Brand Associate in the pharmaceutical industry focused on pharmacies or in the consumer goods industry.Proven experience in managing patient/customer mobilization campaigns.Experience in developing and executing brand positioning strategies.High level of integrity.Analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.Demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude to accelerate patient access to innovative solutions.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.C1/Advanced English & Hungarian as mother tongueLocation: Hungary.

Preferred:

Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical product distribution.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and solutions.
