Job Description The Campaign Planning Manager designs customer engagement campaigns and programs, develops the mechanics and success metrics, shapes desired customer experiences and follows through to effective execution and thorough campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and pursue improvements. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth campaign/program launches, effective work plan management and resolution of execution blockers towards maximum productivity in achieving customer and business results.

Job Description

'Leads the performance marketing communications strategy crafting and campaign development for an assigned business/businesses within an identified consumer segment, guided by keen understanding of the consumer behavior, the cultural context, the category landscape, the channel mix, and the businesses’ product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach that will drive conversion and engagement in the digital channel of assigned business unit.

Oversees an internal/external channels/media and creative team to assemble a communications go-to-market plan to communicate programs/offers that will grow and create engagement in the business unit’s digital channel

Govern brand equity and guidelines concerning materials that will cover performance marketing strategy and tactics

Duties and Responsibilities

Develops communications strategy and execution plan to drive online sales goals across the prospecting to buy journey Works closely with analysts and media/channels team to design the consumer journey and messaging matrix based on a clear understanding of consumer behavior and its interaction with online channelsGuides a team of channels/media and creatives during weekly sprints to design, launch and optimize online sales campaigns based on performance goals and actionable insights from past performance. Monitors and ensures delivery of all partner agency output in line with the contractual and administrative requirements to ensure smooth operations. Leads the regular performance reviews that will help optimize executionsKPIs

Audience journey mapping and messaging matrix

Lead discussions on audience insights and exploration to drive online sales KPI

Identify data driven advanced targeting, micro segmentation, and trigger based decision rules to hone in on high value consumer audiences

Facilitate testing scenarios in lock step with brand and Marketing analytics contributing to learning opportunities

Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
