And, that’s something we’re truly proud of. **_Work That Matters, People Who Care._** **Job Description** The Brand Communications Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Public Relations, is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand voice, storytelling, and thought leadership strategy across Canada and the U.S. This role drives brand consistency, enhances industry presence through content and executive communications, and ensures alignment across multiple corporate and operational brands. **The Brand Communications Manager performs some or all of the following duties:** + Develop and execute SEO-driven B2B content strategies that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. + Leverage best practices in B2B content frameworks to drive engagement and visibility, as well as ROI of owned content. + Build and maintain media relationships, secure industry coverage, and position executives as thought leaders through bylines, speaking engagements, strategic media outreach and social media. + Lead brand messaging strategy to ensure cohesion across all corporate and operational brands, reinforcing brand positioning and voice. + Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blog articles, case studies, infographics, presentations and pillar story content. + Support branding, rebranding, and communication efforts for corporate activities, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with corporate messaging. + Manage multiple content and communications projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and business objectives. + Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, guiding content development and social media management efforts and fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in B2B brand communications, content strategy, or public relations. + Strong knowledge of B2B content strategy frameworks, best practices, and multi-channel content marketing. + Proven experience in media relations, executive positioning, and thought leadership. + Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with a keen ability to craft compelling narratives. + Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. + Experience managing and mentoring direct reports or cross-functional teams. + Background in B2B services, facilities management, real estate, or professional services is an asset. + Experience on the agency side is considered an asset. + Fully bilingual in French or Spanish is an asset. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), WordPress CMS, Cision or other media monitoring tools **Competencies** + Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple projects in parallel + Meticulously organized and task driven + High attention to detail + Ability to perform effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment + Ability to change, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment + Highly strategic with a focus on setting KPIs and delivering results + Solid presentation skills **Additional Information** **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** + A chance to grow with a fast-growing company + Hybrid work environment (3 days in office) + Employee resource groups and programs focused on DEI, women in leadership, mentorship, and mental health and wellness. + Benefits that start on Day 1 of employment, including life insurance, extended health & dental coverage, STD/LTD, maternity leave top-up, and health spending account. + Total Rewards Program that includes paid personal days, $500 wellness benefit, EAP, and dependent education assistance program + Retirement benefits with company-matched contributions up to 5% of your eligible earnings + Competitive compensation package **Working Arrangement: Hybrid** Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
