The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Sr Account Manager will play a key role in one of our largest Brand Consulting clients, a financial services company. The Sr Account Manager will lead the day to day management and activation of marquee entertainment properties in the brands portfolio. The candidate will interface day to day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal/external vendors, clients and agencies.
Additionally, the Sr Account Manager will work in lock-step with our internal team and client counterpart to concept, manage and execute a series of high-end hospitality events for client customers. The role includes research and brainstorming on culinary, sports, entertainment, arts, culture and destination “money can’t buy” event concepts that will be compelling to the client and event attendees.

Day to day management of existing entertainment partnerships including communication directly with properties, organization of project plans and asset tracking documentsLead overall planning of campaigns, events and activations, working with internal account team, client team and external agenciesAid in development & manage day to day execution of property-specific programs, contractual assets, promotions & experiential activationsAid in development of integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans, showcasing how digital, social, PR, retail and other channels come to lifeOversee & facilitate the creative development process of marketing materials, experiential assets and event-related creative (includes briefing designers & obtaining internal & client approvals)Work with CAA Data & Analytics to assist with development and execution of measurement evaluation annuallyWork with other team functions (e.g. Creative, Experiential, Social Impact, Insights / trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are metDevelop and deliver compelling written and verbal communicationsCreate presentations for key meetings internally and externallyTrack activation budgets with accountability for reportingDevelop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to clientLead, manage and inspire a team of direct and indirect team membersCustomer Events
Create presentations to “sell in” event concepts to clientEstimate accurate budgets for event concepts, process invoices and reconcile budgets for each eventDevelop & manage detailed timelines, run of shows, inventory lists, and contact lists for each eventLiaise with various vendors and partners for event services (i.e. content capture, A/V, transportation, catering, gifting, etc.)Prepare marketing and communication materials for event promotionWork with agency creative team to concept and produce creative materials for events (i.e. signage, collateral, social media graphics, etc.)Negotiate talent deals on behalf of client, including preparing deal memos, reviewing contracts, and working with client’s legal team through contract executionTravel to event locations for location scouting and event execution (events occur Nationwide, with 7 key markets)Concept and draft social media communications and graphics to promote individual events and overall programRegularly research and proactively identify potential future event concepts based on pop-culture and industry knowledgeBuild relationships with outside agency partners to keep a pulse on upcoming talent opportunities that may be relevant to the programSimultaneously plan, manage and execute multiple events at different life stages at the same timeRequirements

Based out of the New York offices, this role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $98,000-$147,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
