If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what’s possible for a sustainable world. **Job Summary** The **Brand & Content Marketing Manager** is a critical support role in the Americas Brand & Content Marketing team focused on supporting brand and content marketing for our Trane brand in the Commercial organization, as well as supporting Trane Supply. This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with multiple internal marketing teams to deliver integrated content strategies aligned with our customers’ journeys, and leverage strategic initiatives to grow brand awareness, preference, and intent to purchase. In addition to Brand & Content responsibility for the Trane and Trane Supply brands, this role has the potential to support all brands in the Americas portfolio, including Trane, American Standard, and others. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and effective communication to facilitate the success of campaigns and initiatives. **Key Competencies** + Growth mindset with a bias to action and passion for excellence + Strong business acumen with an ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing & content strategies + Brand Strategy & Management for both B2B and B2C brands + Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence/inspire (highly collaborative across a variety of function and with external partners) + Excellent verbal, communication and presentation skills + Analytical skills to leverage data & insights to ensure successful development, deployment, and ongoing management of brand & content initiatives + Desire to continuously seek improvement in existing processes and procedures + Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver measurable results + Desire to continuously seek improvement in existing processes and procedures **Responsibilities** + Effectively manage the brands within the Americas business units, and deploy the brands through integrated marketing & content strategies to support business objectives + Coordinate with enterprise, internal and external communications, and marketing functions to facilitate effective and integrated brand building and management techniques + Measure and track the impact of initiatives on the brands and recommend strategies to enhance the overall value and health of each brand + Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing team Campaign Managers to deliver branded campaigns and content.\ + Measure and report performance of all brand marketing initiatives, including paid media, PR, and social media and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) [MK1]Depending on how the campaign management shakes out, this will need to be highly collaborative to paint that full, integrated performance picture. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field. + 7+ years’ experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing or brand role + 5+ years experience with creative campaign planning, media planning and advertising strategy, social media marketing, and brand activation + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
