The Brand Content team at Edward jones is responsible for getting our brand into the hearts and minds of the people we serve. Our Brand Content team is seeking a senior strategist who will be responsible for leading an enterprise-wide content strategy that guides the development of content across the firm. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring we're delivering consistent and audience-centric messages to achieve business objectives and make our brand famous. Key to success is using data and insights to drive our content strategy and lead proactive discussions around audience needs and where and how we can make a meaningful contribution to conversations in our industry. This role requires a strong communicator who can coach others and gain sponsorship from senior leaders and get buy-in from key stakeholders.


What you will do:Lead the creation of valuable, compelling omnichannel content and campaigns to attract key audiences and drive measurable outcomes.Apply deep understanding of our audience insights and ensure key insights are reflected in all deliverables.Ensure messaging aligns with our brand vision and achieves business objectives.Influence senior management and provide leadership and strategic guidance on goals, key messages and targeting to deliver client-centric content for a variety of audiences and channels.Lead highly complex initiatives and cross-divisional working teams, providing guidance on communication strategy and implementation.Lead agency teams on the development and implementation of brand content initiatives.Determine and use KPIs, communication and business metrics to measure content effectiveness and make recommendations to improve/ optimize.
